Dobson: Laurence.

Jayne: Laurence. No, I’m just gonna cut on ya’ ’til you tell me how much they know.

Dobson: They know everything. They know every name, every record — they know how many nose hairs you’ve got.

Jayne: (Disappointed) Ah, see — they don’t know a damn thing. It’s all over your face, I ain’t even… I was gonna get me a ear, too. Aren’t you an officer of the law? Well, don’t they teach you how to withstand interrogation? Can’t even tell a damn lie.

Dobson: Okay. I can see you’re not an idiot.

Jayne: Wish I could say the same, Laurence, but… this is disappointing as hell.

Introducing “All-Reel Drive” – A new video series/podcast

I’ve started a new video series and podcast called “All-Reel Drive,” in which I talk about movies while in the car commuting to work. The first episode, split into two parts, is now up on YouTube, and it’s all about the movie news from the D23 Expo! You can watch both episodes embedded below, or scroll further down for the podcast versions you can take on the go. I hope you enjoy it!

‘Mr Pullings, press those men, if you please,’ cried Jack from the boat. ‘And that fellow in the mud. Two more? Capital. All aboard? Where’s the Doctor? Pass the word for the Doctor. Ah, there you are. Shove off. Altogether, now, give way. Give way cheerly. What a prime hand he will make, to be sure,’ he added in an aside, ‘once he’s used to our ways — a proper bulldog of a man.’

Star Wars: The Force Awakens poster

Are you a Star Wars fan? Are you looking forward to Star Wars: The Force Awakens? Those of us lucky to be at the 2015 D23 Expo who attended the Live-Action presentation were each given one of these beauties commemorating the event. The poster was designed by Drew Struzan (famous and retired Star Wars poster designer) exclusively for the event just for the 7,500 attendees in Hall D23 on Saturday. And I managed to snag two of them, so I’m giving one away!

There are three ways to enter: here on WordPress, on Twitter, or on Tumblr. And yes, you can enter multiple times.
